Effective date: April 14, 2026

Last updated: April 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KNOWLEDGETACK, which is operated by KNOWLEDGETACK, LLC, doing business as KNOWLEDGETACK, including our website, platform, publishing tools, communication features, and paid listing features. By accessing or using KNOWLEDGETACK, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

In plain terms: you may use KnowledgeTack only in a lawful, responsible way. You remain responsible for your account and the content you submit. We may moderate or remove content, suspend access, and update the service over time. Paid listing features are subject to checkout terms, taxes, and platform rules.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use KNOWLEDGETACK only if you can form a binding agreement with us and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law. If you use KnowledgeTack on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
  • You may not impersonate another person or use a username that violates another party's rights or misleads users.
  • You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • We may require email verification or additional steps to protect account integrity.

3. The Service

KNOWLEDGETACK is a platform for documenting knowledge, organizing content, publishing public or private material, offering services, saving content, interacting with other users, and using related productivity and publishing tools.

We may add, remove, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that any feature or workflow will remain available in its current form forever.

4. User Content

"User Content" means content you submit, upload, import, publish, send, store, or otherwise make available through KNOWLEDGETACK, including profile information, posts, comments, services, messages, images, imported documents, tags, testimonials, bookmarks, and related materials.

  • You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant in these Terms.
  • You grant KNOWLEDGETACK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, format, display, transmit, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service.
  • If you make content public, you understand that it may be visible to users, visitors, search engines, and other third parties.
  • You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of posting or sharing it.

5. Content Rules

You may not use KNOWLEDGETACK to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available content that:

  • Violates applicable law or another person's rights.
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Contains malware, harmful code, or other material intended to disrupt systems or compromise security.
  • Misrepresents your identity, affiliation, experience, or authority.
  • Uses the platform for spam, scraping, abusive automation, or unauthorized promotional activity.
  • Interferes with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the service.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We may, but are not obligated to, review content, investigate reported conduct, and take action that we consider appropriate. That action may include removing content, restricting visibility, deactivating listings, suspending features, or terminating accounts.

Our failure to act in one instance does not waive our right to act in another. We may preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

7. Public and Private Content

Some content on KNOWLEDGETACK may be public and some may be private depending on your settings and the feature involved. You are responsible for understanding the visibility setting you choose when publishing or sharing content.

8. Messaging and Interactions

If you use messaging, comments, subscriptions, voting, or other interactive features, you agree to use them respectfully and lawfully. You may not use those features to harass, threaten, spam, impersonate, exploit, or defraud other users.

9. Paid Features and Listings

Certain platform features may require payment, including listing-related functionality. By purchasing a paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges disclosed at checkout.

  • Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor.
  • Paid listing activation may depend on successful payment processing and our platform rules.
  • Listings may expire, remain pending, enter review, or be deactivated based on platform status rules and enforcement decisions.
  • Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase or required by law, fees for paid features are generally non-refundable once the paid feature has been provisioned or the listing has been activated.

10. Taxes

You are responsible for taxes that may apply to your purchases, sales, offerings, or use of the service, except to the extent we are legally required to collect or remit them directly.

11. Intellectual Property

KnowledgeTack, including the site design, platform software, branding, trademarks, logos, and non-user content, is owned by KnowledgeTack or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service or its underlying components.

12. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or proposed improvements, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

KNOWLEDGETACK may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment processors, infrastructure providers, or external websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

14. Disclaimers

KNOWLEDGETACK is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

User-generated content is provided by users, not by KNOWLEDGETACK. We do not endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the accuracy, legality, quality, or usefulness of user-generated content, services, or communications.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KNOWLEDGETACK and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, content, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KNOWLEDGETACK and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the platform, or if suspension or termination is otherwise necessary for security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

You may stop using KNOWLEDGETACK at any time. Account deletion and anonymization may be subject to the platform's current deletion workflows and retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the date on this page, posting a notice on the site, or using another reasonable method. Your continued use of KNOWLEDGETACK after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. General Terms

  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer.
  • These Terms, together with any additional terms presented to you for specific features and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and KNOWLEDGETACK regarding the service.
